Well, here it is, Sunday night, and I should have finished all my schoolwork by now. Unsurprisingly, I haven’t.
I now have the Driving Disc of Doom III: This Time, It’s Not The Driving Disc of Doom II loaded into my car. The full playlist will be posted; for now, I haven’t really decided whether the playlists are going to occupy space in the blog (because I almost NEVER update anymore, although I hope to change that) or whether I’m going to build those into the main site, perhaps at www.mattfast1.com/cd-playlists… ’tis a conundrum.
Recently (Friday) I bought a Network Adaptor Start-Up Disc for my PS2. Once that arrives, I’ll probably start playing DDR Extreme 2 online (under the handle ‘mattfast1′, of course!). I kinda suck, so it’ll at least get me into shape. Hopefully. If not, I’ll bust out some other game I can play online. I suppose the sky’s the limit, especially since the PS3 is gathering dust on retailer’s shelves, most people are sticking with PS2. At least until prices come down. Seriously, who did Sony think they were fooling? I thought Microsoft was crazy when they said their BASIC system would cost $299.99, and then Sony announces their base system would be $499.99. They were definitely targeting rich, upper-middle to upper-class citizens with that one, that’s for sure. I know my parents wouldn’t have EVER forked out $600 on a game system for me, and I never will for my kids. They can buy their own, like I had to.
