A little w00tness with a lot of BLARG!

Yeah so last night I went to the Company class’s production of Rumplestiltskin and Three Original Shows, and it was awesome. Most of the people in Company seemed to be pretty disappointed with how it went, but overall, I was pleased with it. Most of my complaints have to do with how the lighting was done… some of the cues seemed to be pretty slow coming up, especially on the spotlight (hobbit boy?). Also, there were a few badly-covered slips… and the worst blocking was having the little kids go behind the box, and be able to see all of our little secrets…

A certain friend and I were finding a lot of little hidden jokes, like the reference to the Sandbar in The Fisherman and his Wife, and the idea that Ben would be the king, as he was in Once Upon a Mattress.

I’m in the boring class again, talking about the boring subjects of leases. It’s so boring, I’m gonna go to sleep now.

All I need to do in the next few weeks is do ?ber-well in Psychology and do a good job on my Mythology paper. I could completely blow off my Personal Finance project, and I’d pass.

w00t.

So, as you can probably tell, I’m bored out of my mind. Watched Pulp
Fiction on Saturday. Everyone needs to see that movie. Everyone.

Other than that, I sat around and did squat this weekend.

American Cities That Best Fit You:

70% Atlanta
65% Austin
60% Denver
60% Las Vegas
60% San Diego

I would think that Denver would rate higher than Atlanta or Austin, but
whatever. They probably based it off of the People’s Republic of
Boulder, that’s why Denver didn’t score higher. Completely different
areas.

More Boredom.

I’m bored. I’m in Personal Finance right now, and we have a sub. Her English sucks, I’m having a hard time working and listening to her. Of course, I’m having trouble working, in general, due to my senioritis.

Ahhhhh…

I am so unbelievingly bored.

Today was a complete blowoff day at school. It was supposedly Senior Ditch Day, but in reality, most seniors showed up to whatever stupid classes they had today. In Psychology, we spent the entire time trying to find subliminal messages in such Disney films as Aladdin, The Lion King, and The Little Mermaid. Then, I had two off periods, which I spent mostly aimlessly wandering. Then, I went to Technical Theatre Portfolio and continued the demolition of our beloved set from Oklahoma!, after which I went to Shakespeare and spent the entire time messing about on the World Wide Web.

Then, I came home. Afterward, I pooped. (I only mention that because it is a fact of my day, and is quite possibly the most interesting, which is pretty sad.)

Oh, and I have already received three orders for my 2004-2005 AHS Theatre Photo CD. Two of them are users on LJ. One of them reads and updates regularly.

Ohhhhhh… it just started to rain. And not little skimpy-wimpy rain, either; the skies just opened, no transition.

Now, I leave you with somewhat-inspiring wisdom, from deep within my computer’s database system. It so utterly w00ts, you would cry. Wait, you probably crying due to my geekiness. Oh well.

Photo CD

Yeah, so I’m trying to put together a 2004-2005 Arapahoe Theatre photo CD. If anyone has any photos they want on this CD, please give them to me by May 9th. The CD will be made available to seniors for free on May 10th or 11th, and for a $1.00 donation (to pay for discs, time spent, etc.) to underclassmen at that time as well.

See me for more info.

BlogThings

Yeah, so I’m having fun now…

Sorry for such a long post. I’m annoyed too, believe me. Which is why I took much of it and put it on another page.

Your Inner European is Russian!

Mysterious and exotic.

You’ve got a great balance of danger and allure.

Your Rising Sign is Aries

You’re full of energy - and people look to you to get the party started.

Confident and honest, you’ll be the one to say what everyone is thinking.

You are easily bored, and you always find unique ways to do things.

You don’t just dream it, you do it. And that’s why you’re so successful.

Too intense for some, often times people are intimidated by you.

But you’re usually smart enough to charm them anyway!

I hate these freakin’ iMac keyboards and mice

I absolutely hate these stupid iMac keyboards. The earlier versions are OK, but I can barely type on this newer model.

The round mouse doesn’t help, either, because this mouse sucks.

This entry serves no purpose other than to point out the stupidity of Apple engineers.

This class is so boring!

I’m sitting here in personal finance class right now, listening (kinda) to Ms. Greenwood ramble on about checking accounts. It’s just so boring. Now we’re talking about check fraud. Ug. I just need to go somewhere else. Now. Or I may go utterly insane. Loopy. Unintelligable. Which isn’t much worse than normal.

Hokay, snow… for a change

It snowed yesterday. Then, it snowed some more. Finally, it snowed.

Yeah… so, as you might be able to tell from the first line, it snowed rather heavily last night, so now I’m sitting in front of a computer with a blinking cursor, and it makes me want to do… anything. Maybe I’ll work on a web design project, I haven’t really had time since October thanks to the whole not-taking-breaks-between-shows-to-suck-the-life-out-of-you-ness that has been plaguing our theatre this year. That’s probably why so many people are being freakin’ buttholes about everything lately. Plus, everyone’s getting ready for graduation/summer, and it’s just annoying being at school right now. At least, that’s my theory about why there’s so much hostility in the theatre right now. Sometimes, it’s so thick, Sho and I just end up taking off for happier places… like the bottom of a dumpster outside a restaurant. Not really, but that illustrates how bad it is.

It’s gonna be so hectic tomorrow. Our crew of three is going to be responsible for getting the entire house AND the box office cleaned by the time our day is over. If anyone who needs tech hours happens to read this, WE NEED YOU!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!! We’ll give away MASSIVE amounts of tech hours to anyone who helps us, because we have a crew with double the crew chiefs than crew members.

Now, I’m gonna go upstairs to MY computer instead of this crap one, and work on my web site. Anyone who wants to take a look at what I’ve done, I may have it up sometime tomorrow.

Peace.
